AEW Double Or Nothing 2020 Results: Jon Moxley (c) Vs. Brodie Lee, Live Coverage, Highlights
Double or Nothing (2020) is the second event in the Double or Nothing chronology to determine the inaugural holder of the AEW TNT Championship. Interestingly, Mike Tyson is slated to present the inaugural TNT Championship to the winner.

Story line...

The event was incipiently scheduled to take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada but the plane got canceled due to the 2019-2020 Conronavirus Pandemic. Later, AEW announced that Double or Nothing (2020) will take place from an undisclosed location.

On March 30, 2020, AEW announced a new title, the AEW TNT Championship, with the inaugural champion to be determined by an eight-man, single-elimination tournament. The tournament began on the April 8 episode of Dynamite and ended with Cody Rhodes Vs. Lance Archer for the tournament final. Cody and Lance Archer defeated Darby Allin and Dustin Rhodes to entre the final.

Earlier, n the May 6 episode of Dynamite AEW World Champion Jon Moxley collided with Frankie Kazarian in non-title action. He defeated Frankie Kazarian within an easy stack with the paradigm shift to win the match but after what we witnessed could be the dazzling change in AEW. Almost seven Dark Order followers attacked the champion and stomped him down. Brodie Lee would then come to lay down the challenge

Plush, A Casino Ladder match for a future AEW World Championship match and MJF vs. Jungle Boy will also air live on the same night.

Kazarian and Sky were the first two to enter the match. Casino Ladder match will include 9 competitors with two competitors being at the beginning of the fight.

Another entrant will be followed by 90 seconds. The winner of the match will be decided when someone gets to grab the chip. A competitor can also win before all the entrant takes place.

Singles match

MJF vs. Jungle Boy

We could see MJF and Jungle Boy starting out quick in the opening moments of this match. Jungle Boy would come to lead his move with some shots, MJF with Big Boot then to take down Jungle Boy. At the beginning of the match they both had pinfall attempt by rolling up each other but that seemed to for a while as they got back in the match.

MJF has some trash-talking with Jungle Boy which enraged Jungle to kick some shots on MJF. Soon after some time MJF recovered, and had a double stomp to Jungle Boy's arm.

At the end of the match Jungle Boy made his suplex and went for the cover but kicked out at two, MJF turned to make a backslide pin for two. MJF attempted to have the earth submission, but instead roled-up by Jungle Boy for two, They both continue to roll up for the pin and at last MJF with a modified European clutch pin for the win.

Winners : MJF, victory followed by pinfall

Inaugural AEW TNT Championship Match

Cody vs. Lance Archer

We started he things off with Cody, Lance Archer in the ring while, Mike Tyson was outside of the ring observing everything from there. Lance Archer with a massive Choke Slam on Cody and that's how he made a tremendous first impression on Tyson!.

Tyson was standing out observing the every close moves from both of them, Lance grabbed Cody and landed his move, he went to cath Cody for the cover but Cody made A fortunate roll for Cody was all that separated Lance From immediately taking home the TNT Championship!.

Lance got him back into the ring, Lace at the top of the ring rope, he held Cody's hand and ran upon the rope for a little, Lance then jumped to make his move. It was becoming harder for Cody to get back in the match, Lance again caught Cody on his hands and sent him through the ring camera.

Cody with a Crossface, and wrapped Archer's hair around his head, Roberts meanwhile had the interruption from the ringside, Cody performed a DDT on Archer and went to star down Roberts who again tried to make his way to the ring, the referee stopped him at once.

Cody looked to perform the submission move, just after a spine buster from Archer, Roberts has something in his hands, he tried to big the abstraction for Cody but this time we witnessed Tyson blocked his way and put off his jersey to make the save for Cody and then Cody would have his move to win the match.

Nyla Rose (c) vs. Hikaru Shida

Rose started the things off with the kendo stick, Hikaru Shida tried to have counter immediately but could not bring any relief for her as Nyla continued to attack her with Kendo stick. Rose lifted up Hikaru Shida and sent down through a poker table at ringside!.

Hikaru Shida got back up in the match as she performed a massive sliding knee strike and sent Rose to the mat, The referee went on to make the count. Rose recovered back in the match, Rose with a suplex and then a clothesline to take out Rose out of the match almost.

Shida brought Kendo stick back in the ring and led some shots on Rose, then suplexes Rose on it, she went for the cover but kicked out at two.

Rose recovered with a Running power slam. Rose climbed up to the top and hit a flying knee to the back of Shida's neck, she went for the cover but kicked out at two.

We saw Shida climbing up to the top rope and launched a Suplex to pin her for the win but kicked out at two, Shida looked for kendo stick to the leg, Shida with back to back Kendo stick and then with a running knee to the face, she went for the cover and won the match. This is how we got our new champion.

AEW World Championship

Jon Moxley (c) vs. Brodie Lee

We knew that this was gonna be a fight! Both men are out to prove a point!, Dash introduced Lee and Moxley.

Jon Moxley (c) and Brodie Lee fought off the outside of the ring, they went for the exchanges of body shots, Jon with Headbutt threw him a little back, Mox looked for the German Suplex but Lee blocked it and sent Mox through the barricade, now Lee on the strick landing some punches on Mox.

Lee took him above the steel chair to have Powebomb but Mox would turn to make dash him down on the trash. Mox was on the complete lead over Lee, Mox with some shots, they both fought at the top of the entrance, Lee got back into the match and tied to have his move on the apron but Mox blocked it to instead have Paradigm Shift through the entrance ramp!.

The ramp was entirely damaged by the Paradigm Shift as they both went through inside it, Mox lee recovered and went for the cover but Lee kicked out at one. Moxley with huge elbows and knees, landed another paradigm shift, Lee kicked out at two again.

Mox continued to have damages, later we saw Lee was declining, the referee checked on him, and called for the bell. Thus Moxley retained the title.

Winners : Jon Moxley, victory followed by referee stoppage and thus retains the title

Stadium Stampede Match

Matt Hardy & The Elite vs. Inner Circle

Just to clarify, Stadium Stampede was taped last night at TIAA Field Bank, the stadium of nearly 50-yard line was covered for the ring with Falls Count Anywhere, and No DQs match. It was already stipulated as the main event of the Double Or Nothing.

Justin Roberts was there to introduce both the teams, they made their appearances like football players typically do with jerseys on. cheerleaders also made their way in the stadium. Roberts went to introduce Hangman Page but he did not appear at that time.

Four referees let the match began, at the hearing, they all rushed with their own-brought weapons, Omega with a broom. Suddenly, Hangman Page appeared coming on a horse. This just made the match more interesting. Page continued to chasing Guevara right off the field.

Matt Jackson risked it all in this Stadium Stampede Match!by launching himself on Inner Circle. Omega with a snapdragon on Ortiz, Hager with a big slam to Omega, Guevara with a shooting star press but could not make it through. Inner Circle was completely under the descriptions.

Now, we came around the pool segment that was freaking amazing, two members of Inner Circle caught Matt Hardy inside the pool and tied to drown him in there. They suddenly saw something in the watch which led Matt to get back into the action, Matt Hardy hit both of them, but sooner Inner Circule again advanced in the match, they continued to run shots on Matt Hardy.

The camera turned towards Hager who cleared the bar with the whole body of Adam Page. Meanwhile, we got to see THE WICKED WIZARD RETURNED! to action.

Omega with a v-trigger, one-winged angel, Omega went for the pin to win the match and that how they ended an incredible showdown in the history of wrestling.
