At Double or Nothing, the debuting Brian Cage won the nine-man Casino Ladder Match to earn a future AEW World Championship opportunity. it was also disclosed that the winner of Casino Ladder Match Brian Cage will get his title shot against Jon Moxley as per the rules. Jon Moxley last defended the title against Mr. Brodie Lee at Double Or Nothing 2020.
Changes were made due to Jon Moxley's wife Renee Young tested positive for Covid-19 which obviously has left many to think about the possible coronavirus connection of Jox Moxley, now, he will officially defend his title against Brian Cage On July 15th at AEW Fight For The Fallen.
