In WWE WrestleMania 39, there was an Intercontinental Championship match between Gunther, Drew McIntyre and Sheamus.  This match proved to be very good and Gunther won here.  Now Drew McIntyre has given a big statement regarding this thing.

Drew McIntyre has been part of a feud with Gunther since his return.  Drew McIntyre talked about a variety of things on WWE's The Bump Show.  Meanwhile, he told that before WrestleMania 39, he and Sheamus were working as a tag team.  When they separated, they had problems with each other.  For this reason, at WrestleMania 39, his focus shifted from Gunther in the triple threat match.  This led to his defeat.  They said,

Sheamus and I probably got too emotional with our personal problems and forgot that there was an undefeated Austrian (Gunther) outside the ring.  We felt like we were having a 15-minute WrestleMania match and I forgot about him (Gunther).  Gunther came to the ring and took advantage of this.  He should have done the same.  They won by taking advantage of our personal problems.
