On Last night's NXT episode we saw two Interim NXT Cruiserweight Title Tournaments whereby Drake Maverick from group A fired back to get victory over Tony Nese, who is now set for 1-1 score.

After effectively being eliminated from the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament, The Premier Athlete deems the entire competition a “joke.” as you can listen clearly in the video below.

Tony Nese earlier told that his victory against Drake Maverick is granted but however he lost the match which eliminated him from the Interim NXT Cruiserweight Championship Tournament.

"I understand, I can move on", Tonny Nese explained this. "Do you know what they did, they made this Cruiserweight Championship Tournament a joke, the whole story, all along was about The Premier Athlete, was gonna be tow-time Cruiserweight Champion and now Drake Maverick who does not even work for the company has ruined everything, but now I still have to go one more against Jake Atlas and I have unique opportunity because I can place spoilers that Jake Atlas hopes and dream".

He then went on to put the message fro Jake that Jake Atlas "you are not steeping in the ring with Premier Athlete but you are steeping in the ring with piss-off".
