First reported on WWE Backstage, The New Day have agreed to multi-year extensions with WWE just after The news of Kingston’s extension which broke out on the trio’s weekly podcast The New Day: Feel the Power.

The New Day are worldly known to receive plaudits for their entertainment value, as well as for their in-ring performances including Big-E, Kofi Kingstone, and Xavier Woods, while Xavier Woods is recovering from an Achilles injury.

They compete on the SmackDown brand, where Big E and Kingston are reigning seventh reign as Tag Team Champions and a record-breaking fifth reign as the current SmackDown Tag Team Champions "The New Day" individually, it is the fourth reign for Kingston and fifth reign for Big E. As tag team champions, The New Day with all three members being recognized as champions.

Kingston also achieved one of 2019’s most unforgettable moment with WWE Championship victory against Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania. Now they are set to give another boost their reign in WWE as having a gala year. Xavier Woods is also expected to return in WWE
