WWE Breaking News: WWE And The Revival Agree On Their Immediate Release From WWE
The announcement taken under the card by WWE first, they pointed WWE and The Revival have agreed on their immediate release from WWE.
It is assured that The Revival will make their way up to AEW as their contract with WWE expired in April, The Revival have already proceded towards their release from WWE but it was skipped but now WWE and The Rival have agreed for the release from WWE.
The Revival are the only team to have acquired all three of WWE's main brand tag team championships - the Raw Tag Team Championship (held twice), SmackDown Tag Team Championship (once), and NXT Tag Team Championship (twice), and are identified by WWE as being the company's first-ever Triple Crown Tag Team Champions.
On the April 3 episode of Raw, The Revival made their main roster debut, defeating The New Day in their first match.
The Revival defeated Roode and Gable to become the Raw tag team champions in their first reign. At WrestleMania 35, The Revival lost their titles to Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder ending their reign at 55 days.
The Revival defeated Hawkins and Ryder, and The Usos in a triple threat tag team match to win the Raw Tag Team Championships for a second time.
They are not too unknown for the 24/7 Championship when The Revival performed a "Hart Attack" on Truth and together pinned him to become the first co-champions of the 24/7 Championship.
