Here are the full match card results, matches, winners, highlights, and recap. During WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2021, it was announced that Hell in a Cell 2021 will take place on Sunday, June 20 at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.

WWE Hell in a Cell 2021, a WWE Network event produced by WWE for their Raw and SmackDown brand divisions, and the 13th annual event developed under the Hell in a Cell chronology. It is annually propagated by WWE which is scheduled to drive our attention from the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, and will be broadcast from the WWE ThunderDome.

The WWE's final pay-per-view(PPV) will be broadcast from the Thunderdome and the final pay-per-view in WWE's residency at the Yuengling Center, Tampa, as the company will resume live touring with fans in mid-July.

WWE officially confirmed a total of 6 matches for the event, three out of which will be championship matches. Drew McIntyre will get his last chance to challenging Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship, Bobby Lashley will defend the title against McIntyre in the Last Chance Hell in a Cell match.

At WrestleMania Backlash 2021, Rhea Ripley defeated Charlotte Flair and Asuka in a triple threat championship match to retain the Raw Women's Championship. On May 24, 2021, in an episode of Raw, Charlotte defeated Asuka in a #1 Contender Match for the WWE Raw Championship. A match between Ripley and Charlotte for the Championship was then scheduled for Hell in a Cell.

Bianca Belair defeated Bayley in a championship match to retain the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania Backlash. On June 4 in an episode of Smackdown, Belair challenged Bayley to a rematch for the championship at Hell in a Cell and Bayley accepted.
